Willy's was born on the streets of Cairo, where Wael — a chef obsessed with flavour and fed up with average — decided to flip the script on the Egyptian burger scene. Armed with nothing but a dream, a cast-iron pan, and a dangerous love for smash patties, he turned a small kitchen into a movement that swept across the country.
