Egypt taught us that food isn't just fuel — it's a handshake, a gathering, a memory on a plate.

Willy's was born on the streets of Cairo, where Wael — a chef obsessed with flavour and fed up with average — decided to flip the script on the Egyptian burger scene. Armed with nothing but a dream, a cast-iron pan, and a dangerous love for smash patties, he turned a small kitchen into a movement that swept across the country.

From Zamalek to New Cairo, from college kids to CEOs, Willy's became the go-to for anyone who believed that a great burger could be both an art form and a street-food staple. Every sandwich we make carries that original Cairo spirit — loud, generous, and unapologetically delicious.
